Studies on Hemogram According to the Clinical Periods of the Canine Distemper

Abstract
|
|
|
The number of red blood cells were decreased during the clinical periods, especially in the second week of illness. Anisocytosis and poikilocytosis were also observed. In total white blood cell count the cells were inceased in number during the clinical periods, especially in the second week of illness.
In the differential count, lymphocytes were decreased during the clinical periods but progresively approached to the normal value in the third week of illness. Neutrophils were manifested shift to the left in schilling blood count.
